A security source said in a press statement that "a bomb exploded near a popular market in the Shiite shrine north of the capital Baghdad, Al Rashidiya area," pointing out that "the explosion resulted in the death of one civilian and wounding seven others."
It is said that Baghdad is witnessing the occasional explosion of a group of improvised explosive devices and car bombs, which resulted in the martyrdom and wounding a number of civilians in different parts of the capital Baghdad.
With an explosive device planted on the side of the road exploded in the Baya area southwest of Baghdad, wounding four Mdinyin were injured.
